I'm always thrilled to work in visually stunning locations. When I was given the opportunity to shoot a series of property videos at this collection of waterfront towers, I made the most of it with drone photography and a stabilized rig for interior shots.
The second property shot at this beautiful waterfront location, I got to play around more with getting the drone in closer to the building. I was also able to shoot a fully staged interior, allowing for more interesting walkthrough footage, achieved with the help of a handheld gimbal.
This video for another waterfront property required additional attention to safety due to the proximity of a roadway. Part of being licensed to operate a drone is understanding and following the rules regarding safe flight, and one of those rules prohibits flying over active roads and highways. I was happy to be able to capture the desired footage while ensuring a safe flight.
